What could be better than a Private Masterclass with Michael himself, one of Britain’s most acclaimed and popular chefs? Michael won and retained two Michelin stars for 18 years and since opening Lympstone Manor in 2017 has held 1 Michelin star (he now also has earned 2 Michelin Keys). Michael is a natural leader and a patient teacher (as any who have seen him in a mentoring role on television will know this). He is happy to welcome small groups in Lympstone Manor. A typical Private Masterclass might include tea/coffee on arrival, a tour of the Lympstone Manor kitchens, a hands-on cooking demonstration by Michael, followed by lunch in the Berry Head, Mamhead or Powderham dining rooms. Alternatively, Michael may be available to come to your own home to teach you some of his signature dishes.
